About

I'm a product leader with 17 years across healthcare interoperability, cloud operations, data platforms, and AI. I've spent most of that time on the same problem in different clothes: capable technology that fails to get adopted because no one built the interface between what the system can do and how the people using it actually work.

At AWS Health, I built the maturity model that moved enterprise adoption from 25% to 62.5% and 33x'd the revenue covered by active use. At Audacious Inquiry, I took a notification service with proven ROI that was trapped in an sFTP handoff and rebuilt it around the nurse's workflow, growing it 300x to 2,500+ organizations. At Abacus Insights, I found that onboarding stalled on data mapping and legal rather than security, and cut it from six months to four weeks.

My background is electrical engineering (University of Waterloo) and an MBA in healthcare and finance (Johns Hopkins Carey). I work at the intersection of deep technical systems and the messy human workflows that decide whether they get used. Eyes on the prize, feet on the ground.
